Milwaukee Estates Living & Care Center, formerly known as Wisconsin Lutheran Care Center, is a skilled nursing facility that provides 24-hour assistance to seniors who have short term and long term care needs.
We are Medicare and Medicaid certified. We are also contracted with various Medicare Advantage Plans as well as Familyl Care. Our dedicated, professional staff encourage and assist each resident to achieve their highest level of personal independence.

Milwaukee Estates Living & Care Center was awarded a Five-Star Quality Rating!
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services created this rating system to help consumers and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. According to Medicare.gov, this rating system is a result of the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1987 (OBRA '87), a nursing home reform law, and more recent quality improvement campaigns such as the Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes, a coalition of consumers, health care providers, and nursing home professionals.
